Your personal information will also be shared with your consent when you request any optional or add-on services. 

We may also disclose information in accordance with the law when required by government agencies or regulatory bodies. We may also share your personal information in situations that affect your safety, in emergencies, or to protect the life, health, and security of others. We work with trusted third-party vendors for payment processing, IT hosting and cloud storage, customer support, marketing and communication tools, analytics, and fraud-prevention services. These vendors are reputable and under contractual obligations to maintain strict confidentiality, security safeguards, and data protection standards in accordance with the applicable U.S. Privacy Laws.

The collected personal information may also be transferred to other countries to provide you with travel arrangements, in coordination with global service providers. We ensure that we implement the safeguards required by applicable laws, including contractual protections and security measures.

Payments

Payment data is processed securely, with all necessary safeguards in place. We do not store the full credit card numbers or any other information related to them.

We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws, including those of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah. The residents of California have been given some specific rights, including the ability to access the personal information we hold about them, request the deletion of the information (subject to certain legal exceptions), request corrections to inaccurate data that we have, opt out of the sharing of the personal information for the cross-context behavioral advertising, limit the use of sensitive personal information and designate an authorized agent to act on their behalf.
