These terms and conditions (agreement) set forth the legally binding terms under which Reservationsdeal will provide travel-related services, including Flight Bookings, Accommodations (Hotels), Packages, Transfer services, and other related arrangements. The terms "we", "us", "our" refer to Reservationsdeal, and "you", "your", "traveler" refer to the customer/user.
When you engage with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You represent and warrant that:
1. Booking
1.1 A booking will not be considered confirmed until you provide:
1.1.1 All the necessary traveler information
1.1.2 Written or electronic confirmation of acceptance of these terms and conditions
1.2 You must ensure that you pay the deposit or the full payment as specified when you are booking with us.
1.3 You must thoroughly read and review all the documents related to the booking, such as the confirmation invoices and the travel certificates. In the event of any inaccuracies, you must report them immediately so they can be corrected, as corrections may not be possible later.
1.4 We are an intermediary between you and the supplier. We do not take any responsibility for the actions, omissions, or financial standings of any suppliers.
1.5 We will provide you with the due date and the payment-related instructions upon issuing the confirmation, as they are an integral aspect of the contract.
1.6 The booking is subject to the fare rules, terms, conditions, and policies of the related suppliers that include airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, and any other third-party service providers.
2. Payment and Price
2.1 You must pay the full payment or the necessary deposit when booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the date we state.
2.2 If you fail to pay on the specified due date, then it may result in:
2.2.1 Forfeiture of the deposits
2.2.2 Automatic cancellation of the booking
2.2.3 Charging of cancellation fees (refer to Section 7)
2.2.4 Compliance with our cancellation policy, if the package is booked through us.
2.3 Our services are also provided by independent suppliers, and if you refuse to pay, then it will be considered a voluntary cancellation, initiated by you.
2.4 The prices may change before confirmation due to the supplier pricing updates, tax charges, fuel surcharges, and exchange rate fluctuations.
2.5 You agree that professional travel planning takes significant time and expertise.
2.6 The promotional fares or the discounted fares are subject to restrictions such as non-refundable deposits or limited changes. You might have to pay a fee to apply for any changes.
2.7 The professional planning and design fee is non-refundable.
2.8 The consultation, planning, or travel management fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the required consumer law.
3. Accuracy of Information
3.1 We reserve the right to correct the pricing and the other details before your booking is confirmed.
3.2 We make efforts to ensure that accuracy is maintained in the website content, brochures, and advertising materials. Occasional errors may occur in the content.
3.3 You must check the accuracy of the travel details and the documents at the time of booking.
3.4 You are solely responsible for reviewing the confirmations, invoices, and travel documents. The names must match the names on the government-issued identification documents. In the event of any errors arising from your failure to check the documents, we will not be held liable.
3.5 You are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information.
3.6 Adding middle names is optional, but in case of any inaccuracies, it may result in charging of fees, denied boarding, or the need to purchase a new ticket.
3.7 Any additional costs or penalties that arise from the incorrect or delayed traveler information are your responsibility.
3.8 The names of the travelers should match the passport or the government identification documents.
4. Special Requests
4.1 Any special requests, such as dietary needs or room preferences, should be requested at the time of booking.
4.2 We will make sure to forward the requests to the supplier, but we cannot guarantee the fulfillment. If your request is not met, then we will not be held liable.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 We recommend that you get adequate and comprehensive travel insurance.
5.2 We are not responsible for the costs or penalties arising from the failure to obtain the travel insurance.
5.3 Your travel insurance should cover the cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and the related risks. Insurance purchased through us complies with the requirements of the California Insurance Code.
6. Supplier Conditions
6.1 The independent suppliers also provide our services, and their terms are also part of our contract.
6.2 The terms of the suppliers may exclude or limit their liability.
6.3 The airlines determine their baggage allowances and the excess charges.
6.4 The airline's Conditions of Carriage will also apply.
7. Cancellation of the Trip
7.1 The suppliers have their own cancellation policies that they follow. These policies will be disclosed at the time of booking and will be strictly enforced.
7.2 The tickets that are used partially or are subject to 100% cancellation penalties are non-refundable.
7.3 You must submit the cancellation requests via email with read receipts. If refunds or credits are permitted, they will be issued in accordance with the supplier's policies. The refund processing timelines vary.
7.4 We will request refunds or credit from the suppliers in case of any unforeseen events or emergencies. The refund approval is at the supplier's discretion.
8. Cancellation by a Supplier
We will inform you of any changes to the arrangements or cancellations and assist in finding the best alternatives. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the supplier's actions or insolvency.
9. Accommodation Ratings and Standards
9.1 The suppliers provide the accommodation ratings for general guidance.
9.2 The standards can vary according to the region or the country. We do not issue any guarantee for the accuracy or the suitability of the ratings.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failing to provide the booked arrangements due to events beyond our or the supplier's control, such as pandemics, wars, natural disasters, labor disputes, government restrictions, terrorism, or severe weather.
11. Credit Card Payments, Authorization, and Chargebacks
11.1 When you authorize the payment for the booking, you:
11.1.1 Agree to the cancellation policies
11.1.2 Permit us to charge your card for the booked arrangements
11.1.3 Agree not to initiate improper chargebacks.
11.2 We accept payments by all the major credit cards. For each payment or transaction, you must authorize it by signing or using electronic means.
11.3 You may not dispute any charges under the following situations:
11.3.1 Supplier cancellation due to force majeure
11.3.2 Disagreement with the supplier's products
11.3.3 Charges authorized by the person who has access to your card (excluding fraudulent activities)
11.3.4 Dissatisfaction with a supplier's products
11.3.5 Non-cancelable reservations
11.4 Before you dispute any charges, you must contact us. We may raise disputes in the event of any improper chargebacks or associated costs.
11.5 The California-Compliant Condition: Nothing herein waives your right to dispute any unauthorized charges or fraudulent activities.
12. Fitness to Travel and Medical Conditions
12.1 You may have to provide us with a medical certificate that confirms your fitness for travel.
12.2 You must inform us if there is any medical condition or disability that might affect the travel before booking the services.
12.3 When you choose to travel without comprehensive coverage, we are not responsible for the loss that the insurance would cover.
12.4 If you do not have travel insurance, then it might result in unrecoverable losses.
12.5 Certain countries mandate a valid medical insurance for entry. If you do not provide proof of such insurance, we will not be held liable.
12.6 If the supplier or we cannot accommodate your condition, then we will inform you and might cancel or refuse your booking.
13. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
13.1 You must provide all the travel documents, such as the passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements.
13.2 Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
13.3 You must reimburse us for the fines or costs resulting from non-compliance.
13.4 The airline or the authorities may refuse travel if you do not provide the necessary documents.
14. Non-Responsibility Clause
14.1 Reservationsdeal, its employees, shareholders, agents, and the representatives work with independent third-party suppliers to arrange tours, transportation, sightseeing, lodging, accommodations, and transfer and other services related to the travel. We do not supervise, own, manage, operate, or control any service-providing entities, such as airlines, hotels, vehicles, restaurants, or others that provide services for your travel.
14.2 We will not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property. The California Compliance does not limit our liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14.3 We have the right to decline to provide you with the services to protect our staff, suppliers, or other travelers.
14.4 All the tickets, vouchers, or confirmations are issued subject to the supplier's terms that you agree to accept. By accepting the documents or using our services, you agree to be bound by the aforementioned terms and the supplier terms.
15. Travel Advisories
15.1 You must read and review all the government-issued travel advisories before your travel.
15.2 The "Avoid Travel" advisories may constitute extraordinary circumstances.
16. Flight Reconfirmation
You should reconfirm the flight schedule with us or the airline within 24 hours of departure.
17. Liability, Indemnity and Limitations
17.1 Your rights under the respective consumer protection laws that are applicable in your country of habitual residence, including those implementing the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Directive 2015/2302 and other applicable EU/EEA consumer legislation, cannot be excluded or limited.
17.2 You are not limited, restricted, or excluded from any rights or remedies that you are entitled to by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are a resident. Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by the mandatory laws of the country of your residence.
17.3 Except for the events caused by our own negligence, we are not responsible for the:
17.3.1 accidents, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during travel
17.3.2 Equipment failures
17.3.3 Illness or pandemics
17.3.4 government advisories or border closures
17.3.5 Supplier negligence
17.3.6 terrorism or criminal activity
17.3.7 Force majeure events
17.4 You must agree to indemnify us for the losses that arise from your actions, such as improper chargebacks.
17.5 You have agreed to indemnify us and hold us, Reservationsdeal, and its representatives harmless from damages resulting from your violation of the contract, excluding the damages caused by our negligence or misconduct.
18. Violations by You
If you violate these terms, then it may result in the following:
19. Communicable Disease and Travel Disruption
19.1 You may be exposed to communicable diseases when traveling.
19.2 The refunds or credits depend solely on the Supplier's policies.
19.3 We will not be held liable for the losses resulting from the:
19.3.1 Quarantine rules
19.3.2 Government-imposed suspensions
19.3.3 Health-related entry restrictions
19.3.4 Vaccination mandates
19.3.5 Supplier schedule changes
19.4 We will not cover the additional expenses, including the hotel quarantine, medical treatments, extended stays, or missed connections.
20. Cookies and Digital Tracking
20.1 Our website uses cookies and other tracking technologies.
20.2 California residents may opt out of some of the tracking or advertising technologies used by us.
20.3 You have the option to disable cookies by accessing your browser settings.
21. Dispute Resolution
21.1 You must try to resolve any issues or complaints with us in writing via email.
21.2 You waive your participation in the representative action or the class actions, as permitted under California and Federal Law.
21.3 Where applicable, the disputes may be referred to the
21.3.1 Mediation
21.3.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies,
21.3.3 Or competent courts in your country of residence.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
22.1 The country's mandatory consumer protection laws will apply.
22.2 You may bring the proceedings before the courts of the specific country, the country in which you reside.
22.3 The disputes related to the non-consumer bookings shall be governed by the law specified in the booking confirmation.
23. Complaints and Consumer Support
23.1 You can contact our customer support team.
23.2 The response time may vary according to the issue or the inquiry.
23.3 We comply with all the applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the country of your residence, including but not limited to California's consumer-protection laws, including the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and the Unfair Competition Law (UCL).
23.4 You must submit the formal complaint in writing within 28 days of the trip completion.
23.5 In case of any issue that arises on your travel, you must notify the relevant Supplier immediately.
23.6 If your concern is not resolved, then you can contact us for assistance as soon as possible.
24. Changes to these Terms
24.1 We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without issuing a prior notice.
24.2 The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your contract.
