Know How to cancel reservations on China Southern Airlines

To initiated the cancellation procedure, Go to the China Southern airline website

Once the website is launched, look out for the Manage Booking option of the airline.

After that, you need to Log in to the account by entering the mobile number, email, and VFRN code.

Once logged in your account, you will be provided with an option to cancel the reservation.

Then, click on the cancel option and request for a refund.

Further, a prompt for ticket cancellation confirmation will appear.

Then, you are required to click on Continue to confirm the cancellation.

And once your cancellation is confirmed, a mail will be sent on your registered email id regarding the cancellation and refund.
